On the way down the Italian coast experience a short visit of the bustling city of Naples. Continue on to one of the worlds most famous ruins; Pompeii, the famous Roman city destroyed by the volcanic eruption of Mt. Vesuvius in 79 A.D. Enjoy a quick Lunch in a local restaurant, and afterwards, explore the wonders of the excavations for approximately 2 hours by certified guide.
After the wonders of Pompeii, then proceed on to SORRENTO. Check in to your 4 star hotel and relax because later you will enjoy a lovely dinner and overnight at the hotel. Make sure to stroll down the main streets of Sorrento – magic!

Awaken in Sorrento, rub your eyes and head down for your complementary buffet breakfast. Enjoy fresh pastries and the best Italian espresso. After breakfast you will depart to CAPRI by steamer boat. Capri is one of the world’s most famous islands.

Make sure to take your camera to catch the breathtaking views and the lovely ride through the bay of Naples. Weather and sea conditions permitting, you will visit the famous Blue Grotto.

Board a boat and travel inside the mountain side to see the crystal blue waters of the cave. Afterward, return to Marina Grande and then transfer to Anacapri the top of Capri Island. There you can have a lunch in a typical restaurant followed by a visit of Augustus’ Gardens with a view of the Faraglioni. The views are truly spectacular! After take a steamer boat ride back across the Bay of Naples and return to Rome, at approx. 9.30 p.m. Your T.E. can assist you with your last night’s accommodations as well for an additional charge.
