This exclusive and refined apartment is situated on the ground floor of a Venetian palace that enjoys an incredible view n to a garden facing the Grand Canal.

The neighborhood of this apartment is of particular artistic interested. It is located next to Campo San Zadegola and Campo San Giacomo dell'Orio, where you find the church of the same name, one of the oldest religious buildings in Venice, it dates back to the 10 century. The interior is rich in artistic treasures, ancient sculptures and works by famous artist including Lorenzo Lotto amd Paolo Veronese.

A ten minute walk away is the museum of moderm art, Cà Pesaro, a baroque palace on the Grand Canal, originally commissioned to Longhena by the Pesaro family. Pink House is easily reached by vaporetto by getting off at the Riva di Biasio ( the apartment is located only 10 minuties away from Piazzale Roma bus station and the Santa Lucia train station by vaporetto).

A traditional kitchen with 19th century furniture and beamed ceiling, room with parquet floors and Murano glass light-fittings.

The house is arranged on two floors: on the first floor, there is a large comfortable and elegant lounge, the kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and study, which can also sleep two people. On the floor above, the second double bedroom boasts splendid views of Frari Church and San Rocco, there is a second bathroom here. We have air conditioning.

Ca Barba is ideally located in the charming Dorsoduro, from our apartment in a short distance you will be able to reach Accademia Galleries, Peggy Guggenheim Collection, St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge. Nearby you can also find a wide range of shops, bars, banks, post office, restaurants and anything you might need. We are i the heart of our beautiful city, from here you can start your visit to the well known Islands Burano, Murano e Torcello boating through the most picturesque sites of the Lagoon Islands.

La posizione è centrale e l'appartamento è situato in Santa Croce 1127 vicino Campo San Giacomo, uno dei campi più antichi e suggestivi di Venezia, la cui chiesa è un vero gioiello artistico, attorno alla quale si svolge allegra e tranquilla la vita cittadina, indifferente al turismo di massa: in pochi minuti è possibile raggiungere il Museo di Cà Pesaro ( 5 min.) Campo San Polo, Campo dei Frari ( 5 min.), le Scuole Grandi di San Giovanni Evangelista e San Rocco, dove si svolgono interessanti concerti serali e il caratteristico Rio Marin, mentre una piacevole passeggiata di circa dieci minuti ci conduce a Rialto.
