Not your typical cooking class experience but a different, fascinating one that involves food, art and culture guided by a skilled Florentine Chef in a professionally equipped kitchen in a ancient Florence palace, not bad. This cooking class starts at 7:00 pm so you can keep your days free for exploring the city.

During the course, you will learn historical news and anecdotes about the origin of the dishes and you will learn how to cook a full typical, Tuscan and Florentine menu within 2.5 hours and you will learn to match the most suitable wines to the various dishes. prepared dishes will be served together with the most suitable wines.

This is a wonderful and relaxed evening of cooking and culture.
